"I just want you to clean this (empty) apartment as the tenants didn't take care of it themselves and I have new tenants coming soon. And I'm telling you I can take care of anything, I take care of all my houses. I rent them, I do handyman stuff, I do everything but cleaning" says the landlord laughing justifying why he hired a woman and can't get his hands dirty mopping floors.
Me: "Alrighty let's do this" waiting for him to leave. Then "click" into this piece of art to later at night text to my Dad and have a good laugh together.
My father taught me how to to cut wood, change and fix water tubes, and specially among others, how to mount tiles without bubble gum. 😂
We built a beautiful cabin together. He's going to have a big laugh about this one. 😊
