Booking with us is easy:

• Are you a first timer? Please choose Free Consult in the menu. This assessment is important and needed with all our clients. It gives us a space to meet you, understand your needs, your medical and body history, as well as any other elements we’d need to know in order to offer you the best care possible.

• Returner? Go ahead and book as needed. Be advised that if more than a year from your last visit, it’d be best to start with a new consult. So much can change in a year.

• Education services? You can either request a Free Consult if we haven’t worked together before, or you can also email us to assess.
