In Montuna we have been training Companions since 2009. We understand that a responsibility that comes with that, is the support to provide new companions and the mentorship. At this, we have failed and we have succeeded; strangely both.
We would like to create a space for Companions to connect with the community and to grow. We often get a lot of requests and questions of support in geographical and professional areas that we don’t cover. We want to collaborate with you on this, and offer more mentorship if needed. when you fill up the directory, we will contact you for a short check-in to have a sense of you and your services, and in order to assure I understand your offerings. We both want to create a safe space for them and for you, when making these connections. Then, any time there is a request of services in your geographical and expertise area, we will refer them to you and will be open to support the journey If needed.
